Where is my order?
Normally orders ship within 5 business days. They will be delivered by the United States Postal Service unless rush shipping is specifically requested at the time the order was placed.
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States.
If it is a holiday, your order will be delayed a few days.
My credit card has been billed twice.
At the time of the order, a hold is placed on the correct amount of funds needed.
The credit card is not actually billed until the order is shipped. Please note - credit card transactions will show on your account as coming from our printer in Salt Lake City, UT - under the name Printech.
The order I received does not have the correct information on it.
The information that the customer enters into the order is computer-generated and usually prints exactly as it was placed. Please double-check your information. Look at the preview and make sure the correct information is on the item's preview. We are not responsible for the wrong information on the items except if the information printed on the final order does not match that on the order preview.
I want to change the information on my items.
Once the order is placed the information is sent to print, it cannot be changed.
It has been a long time and I still have not received my order.
Sometimes an order is canceled by our compliance team. If this is the case, an e-mail is sent explaining the situation, your order is not printed and you are not charged. You can check the status of your order by clicking Order Status and entering your order number.

This is a custom order; NO returns, changes, or refunds will be permitted once an order has been placed. It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all the information contained on the item. Another person will NOT verify this item, thus it will print exactly as the information was entered. The company will not be responsible for any wrong or inaccurate information or any misspelled words.
